Wing Chun Kyun

Wing Chun Kyun

The Wing Chun Kyun (永春拳) is the first of the both handforms of the Wing Chun branch of the Tang Family. The form includes the 18 bridge hands (18 Kiu Sau - 橋手) and the basic foot work.

The form has eleven sets, which are practiced alone first, then together with the partner. By the determinate applications the practitioner learns to apply the hand techniques meaningful and according to the Wing Chun tradition.

On the permanent testing of the effectiveness of the hand techniques the practitioner again exerts influence on the correct execution of the handform.

The following video shows Sifu Michael Tang while his visit in Berlin in June 2015
